How long does an order take "to process" before it's shipped?
All orders can take up to 12-24 hours to process. **Please note that we do not include weekends, holidays or wholesale orders.
Where does The Kandy Freeze ship orders from?
Currently, all orders are shipped from Brooklyn NY.
Does The Kandy Freeze ship outside of Unites States?
Unfortunately not at this time.
How will I know when my order has shipped and will I get a tracking number?
Once an order is shipped, you'll receive a "Your Order Has Shipped" email. This email will include the tracking number for your order. *Please note that sometimes this email will be delivered into the Spam / Junk folder.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as we didn’t pack the job up yet, there will be a full refund.
RETURN POLICY Unfortunately we do not accept returns. *All sales are final
Freeze dried candy & desserts are perishable items and to be in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, Kandy Freeze inc. will not accept any returns.
What if I have a "Food Allergy"?
Your health is more important to us than an order so, if you have any type of food allergy (nuts, dairy, etc.) we recommend that you play it safe and do not place an order. Unfortunately, we cannot control how the products are manufactured in their original form and some products are in-fact processed in facilities that process nuts and dairy. *We will not be responsible if you have a food allergy and still decide to place an order.
Are these candies manufactured by Kandy Freeze inc?
Yes and No.
We ARE NOT the original manufacture of any of the items that we sell however, once an item is altered from its original state (even repackaged), it's considered remanufactured.
Does Kandy Freeze Inc. offer Wholesale?
